A document with custom styles in different categories, in use and and unused

It seems we can delete some (custom) styles even if they are in use, but other
custom styles can only be deleted if they are unused. Specifically:

Custom Paragraph styles - can be deleted when in use
Custom Page styles - can NOT be deleted when in use
Custom List styles - can NOT be deleted when in use

Consider the attached document. It has two styles in each of these categories.
Using the Sidebar Styles deck, switch to "Custom styles". Now, right-click each
of the six styles; you will notice that the Delete action is disabled for the
custom styles that are in use.

(Note: This made me initially file bug 171637, but the issue isn't really the
selection of multiple styles)

Seen with build:

Version: 26.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64)
Build ID: aca4a0c073c5e5f93c642b68f9afd07e65dbf302
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 6.12; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-IL (en_IL); UI: en-US
