Probably related to Bug 92095
Frames cannot display images behind text when wrapped "in background".
* image: anchored to paragraph
* wrapping: in background
When set into background the image disappears behind frame background. The
handles can be seen and the Navigator displays it.
Workaround: Change the frame background to colour and set the color to 100%
transparency.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set image into frame
2. anchor image to paragraph
3. wrap image "in background"
Actual Results:
image disappears, only handles can be seen when selected; Navigator displays
image's existence
Expected Results:
regular order of frame "layers":
* background (e.g. colour)
* image in background of text
* text on top
Reproducible: Always
