[Bug 170522] The dotted lines for the page size and copied items are the same color and type of dotted line making it difficult to tell which is which.

I actually just wanted the dotted line for the copied cells to be animated like
marching ants so it was easy to see what was what and also have them be a
slightly different high contrast color. I didn't realize this was kind of
linked to a bigger bug.
