Line numbers restart with every page, they're not continuous, i.e., if the last
line number on a page is 45, the 1st number on the next page should be 46.
Instead, it starts over w/1.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to 'tools' > 'Line numbering'.
2. 'Adds numbers to current document is checked. Character style is line
numbering. Format is 1, 2, 3. Position is left. Spacing is 0.20. Interval is 1.
Include blank lines in count is checked. Lines in text frames is unchecked.
Include header and footer is unchecked. Restart every new page is unchecked.

Line numbers still restart on every page.
Expected Results:
Expected behavior: line numbers increase from previous page to the next.
