Inserting PDF/SVG image with custom document size is not working as expected. Custom size is not respected but (maybe) chosen by similar system print form size. Editing OLE object shows correct properties in draw component editor but OLE image has a size of a draw component window, not the actual image size. Resizing draw component editor window resizes the image but that is not correct behavior when you need exact OLE document/image size, ie. you cannot crop unnecessary space of a OLE image.
