Description:
I installed LO 26.2 from the official tar.gz with debfiles. When I try to
launch, it gives errors which seem to imply my glibc isn't new enough, yet i
have 2.27:

The readme inside that tar.gz says, among other things lists minimum
requirements as:
* Linux Kernel version 4.18 or higher;
* glibc2 version 2.27 or higher;
* FreeType version 2.8.0 or higher;
* GTK version 3.24 and ATK version 2.36 or higher;
all of which I meet. Note the official webpage also list the same minimum
requirements https://www.libreoffice.org/system-requirements/#Linux as does the
wiki I believe....
Note LO 25.3, which requires glibc 2.17 according to its readme, does work fine
for me.
So, I think someone needs to rebuild it for glibc 2.27, or up the minimum
requirements.... ideally the former...
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Easiest way would be to use ubuntu 18.04lts in vm or distrobox etc
2.in my case i'm fully upadted with ubuntu pro/esm but i doubt that matters
3.download lo26 debs, extract and install, try to run it
Actual Results:
doesn't launch (output in problem description)
Expected Results:
it runs
