MS Office' riboon interface has an arrow-ish widget at the far end of the tab
row of the ribbon, for collapsing the ribbon so that you only see the tab row
when you're working on the document. See attachmment 200536 for an
illustration.
If possible, let's also have that on our notebookbar.
