When I open an ODT file with a user-defined index or an alphabetical index,
they do not appear under ‘Indexes’ in the Navigator. The comments and headers
work fine, though – so why don’t the indexes?
Add two files: one ODT file with a
user-defined index and one with an alphabetical index
