Description:
In a Base form, when trying to filter with a CHAR value the database returns
empty results.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the database
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=184702 and test filtering
by values in the "FLAG" column.
Actual Results:
Returns zero records.
Expected Results:
Return the records that match the filtering.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes

Tested with firebird embedded database
