When one inserts a large PDF file into Writer, the app freezes for a good
number of seconds before completing the insertion.
Instead, the insertion work should happen in the background, while the
immediate effect should be a frame of some size (arbitrary or taken from the
PDF meta-data), and the UI should otherwise continue to be responsivle to
actions and edits.
