Description:
Whenever I open a file, LibreOffice installs an update using Updater. I get a
UAC dialog asking me whether to install it, and I answer yes. After updating,
my spreadsheet file is opened normally.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an ODS file.

Actual Results:
UAC dialog for Updater from The Document Foundation appears.
Expected Results:
The file should simply open.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
I opened LibreOffice in Safe Mode. It updated LibreOffice twice consecutively.
Then it let me create a new profile. After that, the bug reported here
continued to happen.
