Description:
In sidebar transparency element active even when filling of the object is none.
I don`t see sence do it available when you change transparency of nothing.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Impress
2.Select some textbox or other object
3.Open sidebar
4.Check Navigator tab> "Area"> make "Fill" "None"
Actual Results:
Transparence will still available
Expected Results:
No sence enable this option
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
