Description:
When i open a first window of Calc, Writer if i change the window size or
maximize it everything immediately stops being clickable and the visuals
freeze. If i extend the window it stretches and if i decrease it beyond its
initial size it gets squished. For Impress specifically it justs adds black
space when extending the window size. Now here's the twist : if i open a second
window of anything LibreOffice, it works like normal i can do whatever to its
size, but the first one is still frozen.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Writer or Calc
2.Mess with the window size in whatever way
Actual Results:
The UI freeze in size and gets streched and squished.
Expected Results:
Be able to interact with and resize every visual component dynamically

Bug not present when using safe mode but comes back immediately after resetting
