A user on Reddit reports, that while running the Windows installer for version
26.2.3, a dialog pops up telling him "Internal error 2755, 1632".
Now, the error might be due to some issue with the reporter's system, but
assuming that dialog is something our installer pops up - the message should be
much more explicit and specific.
