Testing the new Writer 'Draft' mode. When I shift a PS into RTL the draft
content aligns right side, but all excess margin space remains in front of to
paragraph content, as if the draft content was handled as LTR.
LTR aligns fully to left edge of app frame, would expect RTL content to align
fully to the right edge of app frame (and any excess margin white space to
shift to end. So the two modes mirror. Or better, the draft mode should try
harder to reduce the excess white space left/right/and bottom.
