Left PT has headings aligned with numbers, right PT shows headings after
refreshing the PT
Current behaviour:
Column headings in a PT are always left-aligned. The formatting the the cells
underlying the PT is ignored when the table is refreshed.
Desired result:
If the data column displays numeric data, right-align the column heading. If
the data column displays string data, left-align the column heading. In both
cases the heading aligns with the data it displays.
Note: The alignment should observe the default alignment of the language in
use.
