--- Comment #17 from Christophe Strobbe <[email protected]> --- Eyal Rozenberg: "At the moment, Asian and RTL-CTL language support cannot be disabled." Asian and CTL support should not be disabled; that is not at all what this ticket is about. This ticket is about avoiding documents in which three languages are set simultaneously: one for "Western", one for "Asian" and one for "Complex text layout". The suggestion is to make sure that only one type of language category is set to a value other than "None". This makes sure that converters know what language the document is actually in, so they can set the correct language in the output format. At the moment, converters need to do their own language guessing in order to identify the document's main language, because each category is set to a value other than "None". ---- The issue is still present in the LibreOffice version I am currently using: Version: 7.5.4.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 36ccfdc35048b057fd9854c757a8b67ec53977b6 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 26200; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: nl-BE (en_GB); UI: en-GB Calc: threaded -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
