            Bug ID: 172121
Summary: Can not pull-down/increment cell over multiple rows
                    unless row 1 is visible
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.8.0.0 alpha0+ master
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc

test.ods (see steps to repro)

In Calc, a cell (or row) can be grabbed with the mouse and pulled downward to
quickly replicate into multiple rows while incrementing the value.

However sometimes LO refuses to replicate the cell more than once; if the mouse
is pulled down past more than one row, the view port jumps, scrolling the area
being manipulated off-scren.

This seems to only occur when row #1 is not visible; if the zoom is reduced
enough that the entire sheet is visible, then it works normally - a cell can be
grabbed and pulled down over many rows.

Please view the attached screen-cast (.mp4) showing the problem. My goal was
to grab the last filled-in date (in A20) and pull it down over multiple rows to
populate col A with successive dates.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Open the attached "test.ods".

2. Set the zoom to 100% and adjust the window vertical size so that <= 15 rows
are visible.

3. Scroll down so that row 20 is visible plus a few un-populated rows (the top
lines will scroll off-screen)

4. Grab the last date (in A20) with mouse amd pull down one row. This works
(the date is incremented)

5, Grab the new last date (e.e. in A21) and pull down over multiple rows.

RESULTS: The screen spontaneously scrolls up leaving the cursor somewhere
unexpected; the date is not populated downward.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

The grabbed cell hould be replicated down, following the mouse as far as the
user moves it (even auto-scrolling new rows into view, so it is possible to
quickly populate many rows at once).
