In the sheet tab bar at the bottom of Calc
If you right click on the `+` plus sign icon that adds a new sheet, it shows a
context menu list of the sheets within the sheet tab bar.
Suggesting to add a shortcut that would allow this context menu to be seen,
without having to right click on it.
If this is added, I am also suggesting to this context menu open with the
current sheet highlighted.
This way user can use their navigation keys such as ARROW UP/DOWN to start
right from that sheets name.
(Currently because this has to be accessed using mouse, ARROW UP key/highlight
starts at the bottom of the context menu)
