I tend to agree for image name and "Text alternative". I'm unsure about
"Description", as that might be rather long, so not generally fit (nicely).

Same behavior for me on Windows as on Linux (name + alt text are not shown),
see screenshot attachment 207128. Your version is relatively old. It could be
that something changed since then, as Stuart also mentions in comment 3 that it
might have been shown in the past. If so, a bibisect to identify the commit
that changed that could be interesting.
