Simple reproducer from Writer with TOC
When a simple document containing a TOC is exported to PDF then the TOC title
is incorrectly tagged for accessibility.
- There is a Caption item nested within the TOC element, which is not standard
and unnecessary.
- The TOC title should be marked instead of this as Heading, as it is visually
appearing. Currently it is marked as P item, which is incorrect.
1. Open attached file
2. Export as PDF with PDF/UA enabled
3. Open the PDF in the PAC tool and look in the Screen reader preview
