AFAIK, horizontal scrolling in Calc is performed by pressing [SHIFT]+scroll_wheel, so I don't understand why the OP would expect the scroll wheel by itself to scroll horizontally when the mouse is over the horizontal scroll bar. Is there any place where it says that using the scroll wheel by itself (alone) on the horizontal scroll bar of Calc should have the effect of scrolling horizontally?
