--- Comment #13 from [email protected] --- As requested, installed latest version on 64 bit Windows 10 system. Opened an existing file which consisted of a #11 size envelope. In editing mode, page size was shown to be #11 Envelope (10.38" wide X 4.5" high). When attempting to print, preview showed User Defined (8.5" wide X 5.0" high) Conclusion: problem remains unsolved It has been suggested that there might be a way to correct this by entering size information directly into the printer.
