The repro slide
The attached slide reproduces the issue. The bullets appear correctly animated
in the original Impress version where the slide was created (the one shipped
with Ubuntu 24.04, 24.2.7.2), but when opened in the latest version 26.2.3, the
animation is broken. Interestingly this was the only slide in the deck that was
broken this way.
Seems like an off-by-one in case of the text string references or something
along that lines? The last bullet appears already at slide entry and the rest
of the bullets appear in an unintended order.
