Description:
After rotating an image 90° in Writer and resizing it with “Keep ratio” enabled
in Image Properties, the image dimensions become inverted, causing the image to
appear distorted instead of preserving its original aspect ratio.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert an image into Writer
2. Rotate the image 90 degrees
3. Right click the image and go to properties
4. Change the size of the image making sure that the "keep the size ratio"
padlock is active
5. Press OK

Actual Results:
The image now has inverted proportions and is distorted

Expected Results:
The original proportions of the image should remain unchanged
