Bug ID: 172180
Summary: FILESAVE Field Blanks when dot-Number is last
character pattern typed
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 25.8.6.2 release
Hardware: ARM
OS: macOS (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Calc
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
When trying to save a Calc document, if typing a dot before a number, when I
hit space, the save field goes blank.
For example: "Document ABC 12.0.5" will blank the entire save name field when
pressing the spacebar after the 5. But, "Document ABC 1205" will not.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open or Create Calc Document, make modification
2. File >> Save or Command + S
3. Type in a filename that has a dot followed by a number and press space
Actual Results:
Save name field blanks
Expected Results:
I am able to fully complete the name of the document and click save
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
This is the latest mac app store version. If it's already fixed, please be sure
to push the update to the mac app store. There is not a way to copy this from
the macOS About LibreOffice window as far as I can tell. Any other sources?
