Perhaps the wording is ambiguous here, but let's be mindful what the primary
purpose of the description is. That being to direct often new users that are
familiar with Microsoft Office that LibreOffice has a UI option that is similar
to what they know already. I would say the secondary purpose is then to explain
the functionality.

So, I think it's important that we reference, "Microsoft Office" or "Ribbon"
somewhere in the wording, if we don't have some reference then it really does
not serve to "advertise" the familiarity the user can expect by choosing the
Tabbed UI. So I see this as the reverse of Eyal's 4th point. I think if you
choose the Tabbed UI out of familiarity you broadly already understand the
functionality this UI provides.

While I understand the valid concerns raised in this request I wouldn't make
this too much or a priority. My personal opinion is not to change the wording
until there is something tangibly better, or just shorten the current wording
to something similar to the suggestion I wrote previously.
