Description:
The Contour Editor has a Help page, but there's no Help button on the dialog
itself. Adding a button would make the Help page more discoverable.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch the Contour Editor by right-clicking an image and choosing Wrap ->
Edit Contour...
Actual Results:
The dialog has no Help button.
Expected Results:
The dialog has a button which opens the relevant Help page:

User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
As the dialog has no traditional Reset/OK/Cancel/etc. button row at the bottom,
the button for launching help could maybe also be something less traditional.
