Table of Contents can't be updated - only its Heading is left when you try to
update
There are two attachments:
1. file (.rtf mode)
Situation when the TOC has been created (by default values).
2. file
When text and headings has been increased to the document,
and then tried to update TOC - only its Heading is left.
