I tried to use LO 26.2.2 for testing this issue. The result was not changed from issues discussed here, where we need to wait 120 seconds after double-clicking an attached .odp file icon on a OneNote page. Here is some detail information: 1. Tested but the issue still remains - LO 26.2.2 (X86_64) - Windows 11 Home 25H2 (Japanese) - Microsoft OneNote® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2604 build 16.0.19929.20172) 64 bit 2. Current setup (no need to wait 120s) - LO 24.8.7.2 (X86_64) - Windows 11 Home 25H2 (Japanese) - Microsoft OneNote® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2604 build 16.0.19929.20172) 64 bit I hope this information will help you.
