Description:
When clicking any item in the top menu for the first time after launching any
application (Writer, Calc, and so on), there is a delay of 1 to 3 seconds
before the menu opens. This is somewhat annoying. The same delay occurs when
right-clicking for the first time after launching the application.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch any app with empty document OR open any document.
2.Click any top menu item OR right click at any place in document
Actual Results:
You will need to wait 1-3 seconds before the menu opens.
Expected Results:
The menu opens instantly.
Reproducible: Always
