annoying popup

After months of ignoring "Java Runtime missing" error on every start of
LibreOffice I have digged a little bit and found that in Preferences - Advanced
I can disable Java.

So I have disabled the Java in LibreOffice. And now instead of the "Java
Runtime" error I am informed that JRE is disabled and prompted to enable the
JRE every time I start LibreOffice.

I believe that as an user who actively changed a setting in the preferences, I
do not need to be informed about this change on every start. There are plenty
of other settings I have changed and LO does not tell me about it, thankfully!

Thank you for considering this report, have a nice day!
