Description:
The x button for resetting to parent styles in the General tab doesn't work for
Character styles and Frame styles.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new Writer.
2. Select a character style from the sidebar styles.
3. Create a character style named "AAA" with "Source Text" as its parent, and
set the font size to "28pt" in the Font tab.
4. Open the General tab.
5. Press the "Edit" button.
6. After pressing all "x" buttons, press the OK button to reset to the parent
settings.
7. Put the character style "AAA" back into edit mode.

Actual Results:
8. The font size remains "28pt".

Expected Results:
8. The font size will be reset to the parent settings.
By default, this might be "12pt".

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:

The "Reset to Parent" buttons on each tab should function correctly as usual,
except for any reported bugs.

The same issue also exists with "Frame styles".
