Please see bug issue 1749 on github for the veracrypt app.
>From first triage it appears to be down to LibreOffice not releasing all its
resources related to the mounted veracrypt volume, thus preventing it
unmounting.
The veracrypt maintainer found a similar fault logged at debian.org under bug
issue number 1128501.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Follow my veracrypt bug report 1749, or maybe the Debian report 1128501
2. My OS Ubuntu 26.04, with kernel 7.0.0 compiled from source.
3. My LibreOffice 26.2.2.2
Actual Results:
Closing of LibreOffice should be clean and not impact any other app.
Expected Results:
I expected to be able to unmount my veracrypt volume after using LibreOffice to
edit a spreadsheet file that was in the veracrypt volume.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Close cleanly releasing all referenced resources.
