Hello.
That mostly happens when I open the menus Format - Character or Format -
Insert.
Sometimes, it's okay. But, about 4 times out of 5, a popup opens :

And I have to click on "Cancel" before the menu opens.
Even then, the menu is often opened empty :

You have to click on it to get the content.

I just installed the version 26.2.3.2 and the program has the same behavior.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a document (writer / impress)
2. Click on Format
3. Click on Character
Actual Results:
This popup about the printer opens :

And after clicking on "Cancel", the wanted popup is empty :

This happens on step 3.
But, sometimes, this message is displayed after step 1 : the document is
opened, but the popup about the printer too. You must click on the cancel
button to start working on the document.
Expected Results:

Reproducible: Sometimes
User Profile Reset: No

This version likes crash popups. It opens that message with other menus, and
even this one when I just open Libre office:
