            Bug ID: 172282
Summary: Menu bar color is ignored in KDE Plasma
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.2.3.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
If using KDE Plasma and setting LibreOffice theme to an opposite darkness theme
as the desktop environment, both the menubar and text are a very similar shade
of color making the text almost impossible to see, i.e. black on black or white
on white.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a Linux desktop using KDE Plasma
2. Set KDE Plasma appearance to dark (Breath Dark, Breeze Dark)
3. Open Libre Office and apply a Light theme (Light Teal, Office 2003 Blue)
4. Restart LibreOffice

Actual Results:
The menu bar is black and the menu bar text is also black (the menu bar ignores
the color specified in the LibreOffice theme file).

Expected Results:
Either the menu bar should respect the color set in the LibreOffice theme file,
or the menu bar text should override the set theme color and be the opposite
color.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
If the first option is impossible to achieve because of KDE Plasma, we should
make it such way to always have contrast in menu text vs menu bar color.
