I tested with a paragraph of a half of a page of Writer, the same text in a Calc cell, and I found that text in the search. I agree that a search like this is not usual, but I don't see a problem that we don't have a limit. Imagine a scenario where someone is searching for a certain pattern of text of 2000 characters, or maybe 5000. Whay to limit this? If we can search text so long and it does not crash? UX Team -- please take a look at this enhancement. Thanks! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
