When I open an LO module, e.g. Writer, I sometimes start typing before it has
fully loaded, but before I have seen the TotD, and so, I see some letters
already on the empty document page, then the TotD suddenly comes up. That
shouldn't happen. Either TotD bring-up should be prioritized further, so that
it has precedence over interpreting input; or, if character have affected the
document - we should give up on the TofD.
