The explanation of year for the DATE function is incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open DATE Function page.
   https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/scalc/01/func_date.html
2. See description of Year.

Actual Results:
3. you can set from which year a two-digit number entry is recognized as 20xx.

Expected Results:
3. For example, You should do the following:

   You can set the 100-year period for recognizing two-digit number entry.
   The default value may vary depending on the version.
   To avoid confusion it is better to always use four-digit years.( by wiki
page )

Four-digit input should generally be strongly recommended.

This isn't something that can be omitted because it's written on the wiki.
