When opening a cvs file, a field formatted as 'xxx (i.e., a single quote
followed by some characters) imports as ''xxx (i.e., two single quotes followed
by the characters). I would have expected it to import as 'xxx. The reasoning
for this behavior escapes me. Have I misunderstood something, or is this a
genuine bug?
I don't know how long this has been around, but I do know that an old version
of OpenOffice (from 2010 or so) didn't do this.
