Description:
Cannot edit Python macros in documents with Macro Manager.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new Calc.
2. Open Macro Manager... Dialog.
3. Try creating a Python macro within your document.
   or
   Try editting sample file.

Actual Results:
4. You cannot create macros directly in your document.
   Even if there are Python macros present, you cannot edit them.
   Execution is possible.

Expected Results:
4. You can create Python code within your document.
   You can edit Python code directly within your document.
