Critical Discovery: Recovery Index Corruption ("0.odm")
Following the crash in swlo.dll, the automated recovery system failed to
resolve the Master Document's filename, resulting in a prompt for a
non-existent 0.odm. This confirms that the access violation in
swlo!SwFormat::GetPresentation is physically corrupting the session recovery
registers and null-indexing the document links.
Note: This crash occurred within the same Master Document workspace as Bug
#[172268], but the faulting module has migrated from mergedlo.dll to swlo.dll,
accompanied by a new recovery index corruption (0.odm)."
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert new file into index master doc
2. Update current file in index master doc

My master doc has been crashing almost daily.
