On earlier versions, it doesn't prompt to repair and a chunk of the header is entirely lost along with the comment. I would say it's in the same boat as bug 157406 and bug 148623, but the test file seems to open fine in google docs and retains header comments. The second part about deleting the comments in headers and footers when saving as .docx seems like a duplicate of bug 157406. I don't think MS Word itself allows comments in headers or footers, so LibreOffice doesn't save them in .docx or .doc. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
