Input boxes for forms do not have any way to set transparency for the
background. This is a SERIOUS problem because the input boxes--which cannot be
sent behind other elements--block anything that they overlap.
If, for example, you wish to have a text box have the text rest on a line that
users could also write on when printed, this is utterly impossible. Similar
issues happen with background images that should be completely visible behind
any control boxes.
