You would want a "Fluent Design" version of LibreOffice for on Windows for the same reason the QT and GTK versions LibreOffice exists on Linux, that being better peripheral integration with the desktop OS metaphor. Now the counter to that might be that a singular version of LibreOffice should be deployed that is identical on every OS, It could be amazing and cut down almost completely OS independent bugs and make our documentation almost completely universal.
