timestamps of comments is changed from creation date/time to actual date/time
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any old .xls file
2.Open comment, earlier entered in a cell
3.look at header of the comment
Actual Results:
the header of the comment shows actual date / time
Expected Results:
the header of the comment shows date / time of creation of comment
Reproducible: Always
