Tested with
Version: 25.8.4.2 (X86_64)
Build ID: 290daaa01b999472f0c7a3890eb6a550fd74c6df
CPU threads: 6; OS: Linux 6.4; UI render: default; VCL: x11
Locale: de-DE (de_DE.UTF-8); UI: de-DE
Calc: threaded

Same buggy behavior. It isn't a display bug. '0' is the saved value. It is
there when reopening the database, so this value is send to the database when
table has been created and Base file hasn't been started new.
