Close LibreOffice. Close quick starter too in case it is enabled. Please go to your LibreOffice user folder. If there is a subfolder "cache" open it. If therein is a subfolder "colibre_svg" (or other svg icon theme name) open it. There might be several subfolders in it. Search for a file "cropmarkers.png" in them, and if there is such file, delete it.
