Description:
Editing texts in cells with long texts, larger than the screen size, the text
does not scroll, when reaching the bottom of the screen.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.A cell with a very long text, format the cell that it is larger than the
screen
2.edit the text (F2) and scroll with the cursor keys down
3.the text will not scroll, you can't see the text at the end of the cell
Actual Results:
The text does not scroll with the cursor.
Expected Results:
The text shall scroll down with the cursors
