I am also able to reproduce it my local master build. IIRC, I had already fixed
this back in 2023.

My memory is hazy, but when printing using Skia, a Skia surface gets converted
to a CGImage and then the CGImage is drawn to the current print page's
CGPDFContext.

I'll also see if I can find where this bug is occurring. IIRC, there is also
some code in the vcl/source/print*.cxx files that draws transparent images to
an offline image buffer and then draws the buffer to the current print page. I
think I had disabled that code on macOS because it was unnecesary and caused
the print output size to baloon quite a bit.
